Answer by cantilena91If you have any jaundice, fever/chills or especially nausea and strong pain after consuming fatty/fast food, fried food, spicy food, red pepper, watermelon, cucumber, beans, peas, cabbage, onion, freshly baked bread, coffee or chocolate, then it is most likely a gallstone pain attack. You might try to avoid those foods and drinks until your next appointment but you need to have your gallbladder removed before it causes you any more pain attacks (they can even develop to pancreatitis which is kazillion times WORSE).Answer by Darwinia.Have a very low fat diet, […]

Q&A: i had a vaginal hysterectomy 9 days ago?

by euthman
Question by JO: i had a vaginal hysterectomy 9 days ago?
there was some adhesions from previous surgery and the surgeon said it was a bit tricky.
i discharged myself early as the care on the ward was disgraceful to say the least. they had no information leaflets or advice to give. i was informed ‘to take it easy’. i have 3 children 7,9 and 15, the eldest is chronically ill and is very dependent on us. i’m not sure what i should and shouldn’t be doing, been on the internet and lots on abdominal hysterectomy.
when my husband nipped out yesterday i wiped the kitchen bench and ‘sorted’ some stuff away- i was wacked and my tummy objected all evening, its been hard today but i ignored the kitchen benches….how come men don’t see that!!
just a bit advice would be good thanks!
